  1. The higher your rank, the further away from the battlefield. The more Tech you become, the less you understand the 'normal' world. The reason is simple, most people in the 'normal' world still think that Windows and the computer are one and the same thing. They don't even know that there are other options, of course some know Apple, but that's it. A shame.
