I don't understand how anyone possibly thought defunding or abolishing police was a good idea. The closest I can come to understanding the mentality is if you were just a criminal and a nihilist, who just wants to commit crimes. I disagree with that, but at least there is consistency, I guess. I can't understand anyone who actually thought it was legitimately a good idea though.

@simonpetrikov3992 yea that's my point, those are pretty much the only people where I can see reasoning for their support. There's no such thing as ancom though, anyone who claims to be ancom is either a liar or very, very, very, very, very stupid.

@simonpetrikov3992 and ancap is also conceptually consistent, I don't personally think it's viable on any kind of large scale, but it's not completely nonsense on the surface like ancom is. You can't have wealth and property distribution without authoritarianism. It's just not possible. You can't say "everyone pays their fair share, but we don't have an apparatus to enforce that", it's the most idiotic thing that's ever existed.
