While the 26 million rounds being provided to Ukraine may sound like a lot, it is not even 1 percent of annual U.S. production (8.6 billion in 2020). The U.S. civilian economy produces vast amounts of small arms ammunition for sport, so there is no danger of running out. The US has the world's largest arms market since it allows its citizens to be armed with high-powered guns.

@tony001212 For HiMARS, Ukraine was given M30A1 M31 M31A1 --- Not used in Ukraine. M30A2 is in production since 2019. M31A2 is in production since 2019. ER GMLRS wasn't given to Ukraine. M39A1 was produced between 1997 and 2003. M48 was produced between 2001 and 2004. M57 was produced between 2004 to 2013. M57E1 started production from 2017 to 2024. To be replaced by Precision Strike Missile (PrSM). PrSM started production in 2022.

@ramdev9578 If you read 666042.pdf from gao at page 25 shows the breakdown for $916.3 billion (JPO) or 1020 billion (CAPE) estimate $916.3 / 56 years = $16.36 billion per year. $1020.3 / 56 years = $18.21 billion per year. F-35's $1 Trillion price tag is over 56 years and +1700 unit fleet.

Read the Ukraine Constitution 1996, Article 17 which disallows foreign military bases after 2017. CONSTITUTION OF UKRAINE Adopted at the Fifth Session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 28 June 1996 Article 17 The location of foreign military bases shall not be permitted on the territory of Ukraine. Yanukovych breached the Ukraine Constitution 1996, Article 17. After 2017, Ukraine's constitution is incompatible with foreign military bases hosting either NATO or CSTO. If Yanukovych didn't sign the military base rental extension, Russia would be kicked out of Crimea. Putin's narrative is FALSE.
