In the US and South Korea, Protestant-based Evangelicals have a larger membership base when compared to traditional European-originated Churches i.e. Anglican and Catholic Churches. The United States has the largest Christian population in the world and, more specifically, the largest Protestant population in the world, with nearly 210 million Christians.
