  1. Zhengzhou is the pilot city for the so called “sponge city” since 2015 they spent $8 billion dollars on it. Makes you wonder where the hell did all that money go. And yes the “Mandate of Heaven”. All Chinese dynasties which has ended is due to losing the Mandate of Heaven and the inability to control floods in China which causes famine, poverty, and hardship to untold millions and which contributes to political instability and the collapse of the regime. And yes, CCP is yet another Chinese dynasty and that dynasty is ending just a little over 70 years.
