  1. Puerto RIcans are not US citizens, they are a territory but not a state. They can't vote but they do get Food Stamps and are not required to do military service, even though many do enlist in the military.

  2.  @antoniobrasse7157  I'm a busy woman, so I'm not going to research being born in a territory, but Puerto Ricans are not allowed to vote in elections. In addition, they are not required to register for military service at time of war, if they were citizens then this would not be the case. Panama uses the US dollar as a currency, technically they have the Balboa but it is pegged to the dollar and the Balboa is only used in coinage. Ecuador is pegged to the dollar and will widely accept the US dollar there. When I was in Bermuda, I have always been able to pay with the US Dollar.
