@garykuech50 Many people who don't have the funds should start where they are at. Being in real estate in the US, hard to find an easier place to get into the market with nearly no cash down. I've had many clients take advantage of the USDA loan program with no $ down, had the Seller's pay their closing costs and usually renegotiate some some things before we close escrow. Typically they are getting into a home for almost no money, better than getting into a rental which usually cost 5k or more. 3 years later they are sitting on 200k+ of equity, they can use to fund other projects. No deal like that exists in Panama or Colombia, one needs to have the cash to make it happen.

@leplane_ Somebody with the name of Shirley Jones is not likely under 25. Since she is already familiar with some loan programs, I would hazard to say she would have the acumen to be an investor not a student.
