How do you think you are going to get temporary residency in Mexico with $40 in your pocket. Mexico is declining many people who don't have the ability to prove income. Minimum income for a temp visa is $2500/month for 1 person. If you buy a home for 350k then you can qualify with that. Or you need to show about 140k in your bank account. The old I'll stay in Mexico for 6 months and then go to Belize for the weekend and fly back in has come to an end. So, if you can find work online and can show that as your income that may work. If you try to overstay your tourist visa, do not get on a bus the immigration police are pulling people off buses and imprisoning' them. They may deport you back to Canada.

Good move... Some of Texas's challenges is that many liberal people have left California and are starting to change the landscape there. They leave California because of the high cost of living, not owning that they and the way they vote is what has caused the high cost. They moved to Austin, which is like a mini California high taxes ( higher property taxes than CA) with escalating real estate values. Of course, there are many other areas of Texas that are not like this.

So, we really don't have a VP that can be counted on. The speaker of the house is a senile alcoholic who is totally corrupt. Hunter's dad has moments of lucidity, but mostly he rambles on and on, craps his pants and clearly is trying to listen to what some one is telling him to say. Most of the world leaders don't even bother to listen to him. Look at our POS sec of state that can't negotiate jack. Compare that to Mike Pompeo of the previous administration, who had served in the navy, graduated from West Point , and had serious negotiation chops. Can you imagine that we would be in this situation if Donald Trump had been elected. While Trump is highly flawed, he wouldn't have abandoned American citizens and allies in Afghanistan. Hunter's dad refused to have serious talks with Putin, again this would not have happened with the previous administration. The world was a much safer place under Trump. Trump restrained nato, this situation in Ukraine would not be happening and we would not be having crazy gas prices.

@Cpt.Phenom Panama has many different types of residencies. Check out the channel, Panama Relocation Tours there is a iot of information on the channel. One of the benefits of Mexico is that they don't require a background check. From what I hear because Canada didn't sign the Hague convention, Canadians seem to have more challenges in authenticating documentation. Most countries want a background check and it is only good for 6 months.

@mariacourtney8712 Yes, it is so sad. The amount of programming that people in the western world is under is truly overwhelming. I try to keep things very basic when I speak to Friends and associates. I ask basic questions like how can the inflation be only 7% when house prices in my area has increased by 25% in the last year. The average 3 bedroom rental has increased from $3500-4500 per month. That's a 77% increase in rents. Just in the past year, rib eye steaks have increased 37%.and Gas prices are 63% higher than last year. Yes, I live in California, so many of my clients can handle this increase. If one moves to Tampa, Florida which had a more reasonable market just 6 months ago, A 1 bedroom apt had a monthly rental of $850 on average, that same apartment is now $1500 per month. So, that's a 56.6% increase. How many people are making 50% more than they made 6 months ago. Another area that I like in Florida is St. Augustine. 1 year ago once could find a simple 2+ bedroom home for around $1200/month/ That same home is around $1800 month. That's an increase of about 66%. Home prices there have gone from just around 200k for a simple 2-3 bedroom home to about $380,000 for a similar home. That's an increase of 52%. This is not a home in the most prime area ( close to the downtown or beach). Presented with this info, most people have a blank look, I woke them up from their programming for a second. Then they get defensive and try to present some alternative info which is not valid. Well, I have protected myself and now working on a plan B to my plan B, so I guess it's a plan C.

@mars54mars54 In Canada one had to wait 2 years to get a knee replacement surgery. If one goes to a private hospital in Panama, it is 7k. It would be much cheaper if one went to the public hospital in Panama. Salaries are much higher in the USA than they are in Canada. The average nurse in Canada makes 64k/year versus 116k for a nurse in California. In the UK, the average salary for a nurse in the NHS makes 43k a year. Engineers in Canada make on the average of 50% less than they do in the USA. Right out of tech school in the USA, welders are making 100k a year. There are 2 issues that I see with my fellow people in the USA, they choose to pursue the wrong career paths and they don't save $. Move to less expensive areas. Choose careers where one can work remotely.

@ruzicatowers8693 That's pretty reasonable for a private flight. I heard of someone who chartered a plane to another Central American Country for 18k, pretty steep. She is splitting the cost with 2 other people, so it will be a little over 6k per person. She has 6 dogs, so pet transport for her dogs was close to 5k, so this was a more affordable option. Plus she can bring more suitcases and personal effects with her.

I live in California with some of the most indoctrinated people in the world. I try to bring awareness but most are resistant. Very few are red pill people, the majority of the world opt for the blue pill. As Klaus Schwab said, you will own nothing and be happy. This character makes all those James Bond villans look like kids.

By the time she graduated, she had a very successful housecleaning business. Within 5 years she built it into a good sized business and later sold it for 5 mil dollars. She never actually used her degree

@cliasta9614 Not sure what country you live. But I live in California. A good way to build your business is to reach out to Realtors ( I'm one). We are always looking for good people who can clean a property before it goes on the market and often before a Buyer move in. These are commonly called move in and move out.. We also have a social media site called Next Door and people always are posting looking for good house cleaners. There is more $ though in move in and move out though. Its more of a heavy type of cleaning- all cabinets etc rather than the weekly easy cleaning. As I built my business, I likely would expand it to include concierge services: errands, dog walking etc. The good news one can always hire college students and then double bill for their services.

That was pretty good money in 1974. I remember in the early 1970's that gas was 29 cents a gallon Mon-Thurs and on Friday it went up to 32 cents a gallon. Depending on how many gallons a car held, 15 gallons would be $4.35 at 29 cents a gallon. 1974 was a pivotal year, Opec got together and gas prices skyrocketed to just under $1.00/gallon by 1978. My parents sold their home ( California) for 36k in 1973 and by 1978 it was worth 110k. They purchased it for 21k in 1959. Today it is worth 1.5 mil. It was a simple 4 br, 2 bath home with 1600 sf.
