  5.  @kennethpollard5041  ... what you just described is called "econo-dynamics." econo-dynamics is a part of the "equalism" philosophy that describes the cyclical nature of capitalism. ever notice how the rich get richer regardless of whether markets are "bullish" or "bearish"? thriving economy or a bust economy - the rich get richer. but for the rest of us, the comlen, its a crap shoot. capitalism is designed this way. its designed to pit us against each other for our daily survival so the elite maintain their power over us all. this is a part of how econo-dynamics works: money is syphoned UP from society to the elite through consumerism and taxation. once its in the hands of the elite they keep a major portion of that money for themselves then they decide how that money is redistributed, "trickled-down", back to society in the form of wages and govt programs. at which time its syphoned back up and cycle begins again. equalism recognizes the fact that capitalism, NOT socialism, is the redistribution of wealth. it takes it from us, the comlen, and gives it to the rich for redistribution in a perpetual cycle. and this has been the economic cycle for over 6000 years in every nation and city state that's ever existed. the elite OWN everything and they DECIDE everything. and that's the scam humanity has fallen for generation after generation.

  10.  @OmniscientVirtuosity  ... the old idea that the elite earn their wealth and the poor deserve their poverty is just a myth. a lie created and perpetuated by the rich themselves. if "hard work" actually resulted in wealth there'd be no working poor. people don't pursue wealth so they can keep working themselves to death. they pursue wealth so they won't have to work anymore. and once you achieve a certain level of wealth - you grow your wealth not from salaries but, as you said, from PASSIVE income. which means not from work but from investments. the old adage that "it takes money to make money" is the very essence of capitalism.
