"to protect and to serve." but only if its not inconvenient or puts THEM in danger. odd, how they have no problem beating unarmed or handcuffed suspects. but when it comes to actually doing their jobs and putting their lives on the line - THEY'RE COWARDS! just the other day, after reporting that my neighbor has abused, harassed and threatened me and my property FOR 6 YEARS, i had a cop tell me his job "wasn't to babysit you people" that's their attitude. you have a problem with criminals? YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN! then if you try to take care of it on your own - THEY ARREST YOU! we live in a gangster controlled country where the law means NOTHING! we live in a LAWLESS society!

The decision was penned by Justice Antonin Scalia. it was a 7-2 decision. this insanity is equal to that of the "citizens united" decision that illegally declared corporations as people and legalized political bribery in the u. s. we don't have a country anymore. its been taken over by corporate interests, special interests and political lobbies. we live in a LAWLESS society where corruption and gangsters RULE!
