Within about a two week period there were TWO other cases, one on the subway, of people fighting back against crime and terrorism and in both cases the perpetrator was killed just like the Daniel Penny case. Neither of those people were charged or prosecuted. Bragg let an 18 year old kid go free with no charges after he STABBED another crazy guy on the subway. The other case was a 61 year old bodega owner who STABBED an armed robber to death. Bragg charged him initially but let him off the hook after seeing the surveillance video. Neither of them were white and in both cases the perp was black. No one rallied or protested in either case. Hmmmm, what is different about Daniel Penny?
