  2.  @jjamesd1  It only "stays with you" if you over eat. It's way too easy to over eat with Italian because it tastes so good. If you have a salad with it and a couple of glasses of vino (red, ONLY) you are doing it right. If not, fuhgeddaboudit.

  3. Rogan is right .... but he is also very, very wrong. For instance, taking fish oil pills/supplements can be a very bad idea for some people. I know people that have experienced GERD while taking fish oil supplements. Eating one ounce of walnuts each day provides more omega 3 acids than fish oil supplements. No downside unless you are allergic to walnuts.
