  13. Yes, but they have better use for grabbed money.. liek on yahts and bank accounts of corrupt politicians. There is nowhere ot set manufacturing capabilities in Ukraine - Russia has good enoug intel to wreck such things like it did with supposedly secret battle drone exhibition.
