  4. the attack itself took 15 minutes, though. Police arriving half an hour earlier wouldn't change a thing. The terorrists are indeed connected to the USA and Ukraine. Remember the americans newslestters proudly stating that Ukraine is fill ot the brim with CIA bades of operation? The same CIA that was behind creation of ISIS itself.
