@denismunro214 partially. It's not full war economy as majority of organisations are still on civilian tracks. Income from oil and gas is rising, especially after the push to end safe green nuclear energy in Western Europe by eco-terrorists and oligarchies that stand behind them. Ukraine gathers funds from all around the world and yet is in totaly economical collapse and on life support, with mounting amounts of debt in comparison. The Russian armaments are mostly taken from the old warehouses to be repaired\upgraded and this has long-term benefit of not spending funds on maintainance of oversized soviet reserves that Russia kept while having short-term benefir of not needing to spend extra resources\money to create armaments from the scratch. It's only gets better for Russia.

@paultempany2053 the reserves were overbloated to begin with. Same happened with Ukraine - they had like 600 military planes in 1991 and by the 2022 February they had only 200 operational of such. Croatia entering EU in 2013 wrecked Ruso-Croatian relationship (as well as military aid provided to Ukraine later on), as far as I can tell. Russia is fine getting business with neutral coutnries, but not with EU or NATO members.
