  4.  @milesnixon9554  it surrendered them on premise that it will keep it sovereignity proteted by USA and others. And USA violently and brutally crushed it in 2014 coup, effectively breaking Budapest. The Russian repsonse to it was reasonable and inevitable, if slow. Ukrainians were betrayed by the USA that gleefully supplies it "to the last Ukrainian".
