  1. well, theoretically they could be used to blind the pilots... it won't be Ukrainians but Americans testing such, though. Win-win for both. US keeps attacking Russia while developing new weapons and denying any involvement, Ukraine gets fame and money, two things that that corrupt shithole can never get enough of.
