Ukrainian economy is on life support and basically in coma. Russian economy is strong and partially militarised. Ukraine lost huge amount of what it had to begin with it's pathetic coutner-offensive, and it's military under Zelensky is more focused on political stunts like meat assaults on other side of Dniepr or Avdiivka caudron instead of focusing on defense in depth like wise Ukrainian military leader Zaluzhniy wants, so even though Ukraine already had less resources thatn Russia - it wasted a ton more of it's own to make scales even more in Russian favour.

To be honest, Zelesnky needs to show sponsors that Ukraine is actively kicking so that he could beg for more money. He's kinda cornered in that regard. Militarily-speaking he wrecks his coutnry's military and ensures Ukraine's downfall in the conflict, but he can't act otherwise cause if he would organise defense in depth as Zalushny numerously asked him to do - there would be less money donations into Ukraine's half dead economy and even more people would flee the coutnry, making Ukraine crumble on itself regardless of how the conflict resolves.

curious, I rememnber telegraph lying that theere is no corruption in Ukraine so any dollar should be sent there, now your propagandist lot acknowledge it? Seems like Ukraine is soon to be discarded outliving it's usefulnees to the disgusting filth of west's "to the last Ukrainian" politics.

millions have fled into Eruopean countries (including Russia), despite closed borders. Who knows how many Ukrainians are still surviving in Ukraine.

nah, the major factor is the outrageous corruption of Ukraine htat never was dealt with.

more like forced into meat assaults by commissars grabbing them from the streets. Days of volonteers mostly army are long gone. Ukrainians are forced into fighting for their oligarch's pocketing the aid money now and it's indeed terrible.

Russia has elections and open borders, Ukraine does not, which is dictatorship again?

keeping the most corrupt European country afloat is somehow survival to the rest of them?

Ironic, considering Ukrainian corruption - Tony would find out that his weaponry is getting into anti-american forces' hands and would stop any supply to Ukraine, duh.
