  7. the only thing Zelensky needed to do is to stroke some Trump's ego, agree to be ready for the deal while needing some addition to it for it to be proper and in the interests of Ukrainians and voilia, he'd have a strong negotiating position. Instead he made it into a farce and mad an inmpression of wanting to make a fool out of Trump in public. Total ineptitude in diplomacy, many other expired dictators would handle the dialogue better.
