Economically speaking it's 1,000 times cheaper to filter out and not pollute in the first place than it is to pay for cancer medical bills and lost economic growth due to people being sick or dead and not able to contribute. "But how are we going to pay for it?" Only seems to be asked with it helps working people. Our system of constant deference to corporate power is a sickness itself.
