  2. Yes but also customer service reps don't have any control so complaining to them is pointless. They are just human shields getting screwed like everyone else, paid min wage to take the abuse and have no control or contact with the rest of the dept that handle denying claims or authorizations. Filing grievances is a better route. If you are on a Medicare Advantage plan file a grievance with both your plan and with Medicare and (if everybody does this) it could effect the plans star rating and reduce the money Medicare pays the insurance company. But yeah, arresting that lady for what she said is insane and both the judge and the cops should be charged and thrown in jail.
