If she was on the keto diet and then ate carbs, the new glucose would not be stored as adipose tissue. First it would go to filling the currently empty but usually full glycogen stores throughout the body, much of which is stored in the muscles combined with water. So the sudden weight gain was caused by glycogen and water weight. Not fat. Also, why would you ever do an extreme restrictive diet like keto while breastfeeding? Limiting all nutrients while being the sole provider of those nutrients to sustain another's life is a dumb idea. And what kind of husband thinks putting an infant into the fridge is a joke? That baby could have died if her brain fart continued and she left him there for a few hours!

@skylark1848 I think you missed the point. lol They don't avoid overly processed foods. They only eat a few specific processed foods. Like in the video, the guy only ate potato chips, fries and white bread. All are known junk/processed foods and none of which can be considered "whole foods". But I agree. lol eating actual fruits and vegetables is the way to go.
