@Dougie1969 You do realize the bill increases taxes for the rich right? Which in turn pays for the bill.... I don't see why that's so difficult to understand. Also, it's only increasing the tax rate (for the rich) back to what is was 4 years ago (in some cases not even back to where it was). These last 4 years the rich have had, historically, the lowest tax rate ever in history!
