  1. Financial literacy has nothing to do with it. Doesn't matter if I am freaking JP Morgan if I don't make enough to survive then I don't make enough to save or "invest" period. Ain't no amount of budgeting or spreadsheets that are going to change that. Jobs pay less than at any other point in US history and there are fewer of them every day because corporations outsource and their entire goal is to have no employees.
