  2. Maybe try taxing their dividends as well (although that would probably have to be a federal thing). They make an extra 100 billion and still raise the price just cause they can.

  3. These companies give away exorbitant sums of money to wall street in the form of dividends. Warren Buffett alone makes $1 billion a year just from owning chevron stock in dividends. And he literally does not have to work a day in his life. They literally charge the American people 1,000% markup just to give money to themselves for free. It's essentially a ponzi scheme and we are all at the bottom.
