  1. I don't care if she was literally sleeping the employer does not have the right to fine you. Fire her, sure. But making her pay them for working for them?! This is an incredibly dangerous precedent to set.

  2. This is an incredibly dangerous precedent to set. Imagine if your employer can now charge YOU for every second you are in between tasks or blowing your nose or whatever! Imagine if you work in a service job (like 40% of the entire US workforce) and you don't have a customer at the moment, does that mean your employer only has to pay you for the exact time you are actively engaging with a customer?!

  3. Elon says all employees must be in the office 5 days 40 hours a week, why does that not include him? The man received the biggest paycheck in history of $56 billion and he doesn't even have to show up for work let alone do any work. Dude's on twitter 24/7 making dick jokes.
