  1.  @emotionalgloom  I agree with alex, just eat till you get full, since most plant foods have less calories you don't have to worry about that stuff. plus with the american diet full of grease and fat and salt you don't realize how dulled your taste buds get, once you cut that stuff out for a bit you start to actually taste your food again and notice their are more flavors. (I almost never eat salads btw lol)
