  1. Once the right courted the religious fundamentalists to support their foreign policies (death squads) under Reagan it was a pact signed in blood and they've faithfully stuck to it ever since. The left doesn't want theocracy and end times so the right is the only option. Plus maga support the oligarchy and big money in politics so they stay silent unless it's the jewish George Soros of course.
