  1. Global slowdown and lots of people preparing for war. First thing to go is these big projects. Then all the start ups go. Then the dollar bombs. People pull cash. People lose confidence. Our GDP and gross means are governed by lack of investment. Mini recession coming up.

  2. Need better tax back schemes for big infrastructure builds. Bit more profit for a bit more quality. You would hope. As the government would be after them if they stuffed up.
