Very true, living in europe, the ability for at train, local bus or tram/metro system to grow influences the area. we have to deal with our own town with a small issue that there is only 1 line of train tracks and there is allot of problems with that. But they can't widen it, it has little double tracks here and there but that is just for trains to pass each other. But they can't really make more trains run on that trail during busy times. That limits how many people can leave and enter the town using train. And, yes we have cars, yes we have busses but trains usually are faster.
