  2. What goes up, goes down, and it doesn't helps that this was a huge bubble which the local governments kept putting a lot of hot air in. And now, ... a lot of empty building who have crashed in values, businesses going bust, and people stuck with the bill. Hell, even the local government suddenly is stuck with debts... Look housing market goes up and down, and it can be painful, very painful indeed. But how China did it is just insane. Didn't they see what happened in the west in 2007/2008!
