  1. That is how they build things up so quickly and it would have worked as long as more and more houses were bought. As long as. Well we knew what happened, it didn't. And once it slowed down it became obvious there were way to many houses. Even if every person would life in one, there still would be empty ones. Sure sell it off to... to whom?

  2. That whole industry might be in trouble. Definitely the biggest ones. A lot of hot air in that market. And a lot of money will be lost when it deflates. Not to mention unbuild or unfinished houses... But then they wanted QUICK GROWTH they got it. Quick Growth comes with pain though.

  3. CAN china even bail it out. I guess by printing a lot of money and making it fully state owned but what then... that isn't good either.
