  2. A little bit of decent news and the market goes right back to it "rates cuts are imminent!" talk. I can't help but feel 16 years of insanely low interest rates have had a strong conditioning effect on people that have come to expect low rates. With inflation still around 3.4% overall and economy still humming... I don't get why people think interest rates are around the corner
