  1. TheStankyGreen Why does it pissed you off? These "hipsters" as you call them aren't doing anything especially cool to be cool. Seems like they were cooking before it became a white collar Vice coverage international celeb status phenomenon. I mean who outside of NYC or the tristate area has heard of these Frank dudes? They've gotta be awesome people for Rene Redzepi to appear and say such nice things about them.   And what you said about their clique and independent spirit... there are legions of foodies, bloggers, restaurant owners, journalists, cooks, chefs, that follow this group of people, who are just at the top of the restaurant cooking game. Nothing hipster about following true professionals.
