  4.  @glebskakovsky9475  Soviet Union tried to prop up the communists in Afghanistan for 10 years and failed miserably. It was the Soviet Union that self collapsed just 2 years after their loss in Afghanistan. Soviet Union obviously lost the war, they achieved none of their objectives and their own country collapsed, get over it.
