  1. 5:35 it’s important to note that armed robbers will often ring the doorbell hoping you answer because they will pose as delivery men, salesmen, as lost a person, or they will claim to be looking for someone by name that they do not live there. Their goal is to get you outside to be jumped with the door open for entry. Answering the door late at night with a gun is smart. Especially if you’re not expecting someone. Most of the time it won’t be anything, but it’s for just in case.

  2. Everyone ends up making errors. I always judge the quality of a source by how truth oriented they are. That means they try to get the facts right, but if they realize they’re wrong, they openly admit and correct it. It should be done the way you did, upfront. AJW for the win.
