  1. there are plenty of videos on youtube of people in russia , shopping . prices are up 30 - 50% but otherwise there are few shortages of any consequence . so i wouldn't count on their economy collapsing. it's kind of depressing but is the reality.

  2. actually supporting ukraine is only 4% on paper. most of what we send is inventory that is long paid for . so it becomes an accounting exercise mostly. if we send excess inventory it counts on paper but the cost is very minimal mostly transportation and some prep. things that do cost are the missiles for himars and new artillery shells plus the new glide bombs when we finally send them.
