Slimy weasel Rick "Satan" Santorum never adds anything substantive to the discussion. Like most Republicans nowadays, always gaslighting, making excused for the inexcusable, reluctant or unwilling to admit the obvious right out in plain sight. The only point of having him and other dishonest, corrupt, fascist GOP apparatchiks like him on any panel appears to be to demonstrate just how truly despicable they are.

@eli254ever ~ Condolences on your loss; can empathize, having lost both mother and father over the past couple of years. Republican cult going to believe what the Republican cult wants to believe, whatever anybody says. "Healing" the country means deprogramming the 30-40% of Americans deep in cultdom. That needs to be recognized, acknowledged, and acted upon if we truly wish to revive the patient, America, and restore it to glory. The disease of the Republican cult existed before Trump, and will persist malignantly after he and COVID-19 fade away.

This election was an IQ test for America. If Toxic Trump loses, we get a passing grade...but just barely, because is shouldn't have even been close, and his Republican enablers were not roundly repudiated. Score it a 'D,' for democracy on life support.
