Under Toxic Trump, they've even taken to pushing Russian propaganda crackpot conspiracies to smear Democrats, using the DOJ and Congress to conduct phony investigations in an effort to unethically, if not illegally, influence elections. Most disturbing and troubling is the Republican cult that not only tolerates such nefarious aberrations, but encourages it, in short-sighted mindless tribalism willing to flush America down the toilet if perceived to benefit their power-obsessed partisan purpose of the moment. This reflects an abject failure not only in GOP so-called "leadership," but among that minority Republican electorate that enables such highly destructive damage to our democratic Republic.
