The judge in this case trying three White men for the murder of Ahmaud Arbery declared that the jury selection by the defense producing only one black juror out of sixteen selected was "intentionally discriminatory," and that he was powerless to do anything about it because of prior SCOTUS decisions. Which only proves yet again that systemic institutionalized racism still poisons our justice system and sickens our society, contrary to capricious arbitrary unfounded partisan assertions and decisions by Republicans and conservative SCOTUS justices.
