  1. Why does CNN pay this guy? Didn't think his position at a prominent university was warranted, either. Tries to blame Trump's unprecedented blanket obstruction causing this Constitutional/confrontation/crisis on both sides rushing, which is BS. This ignores how Congressional Republicans were derelict in upholding their obligations to Oversight and their Oath under Trump, giving him a pass for two years. Dems haven't been given much time, and the clock is ticking on justice for the Mueller Report and election security for 2020. Does Yoo have a better proposal for dealing with the situation caused by Trump? Seriously doubtful. He remains a disgraced partisan hack, one amoral like Trump.

But you didn't, and it doesn't appear you have any interest in doing so, confirming that assessment and the original comment. That ignores how Trump got a free pass for two years from Congressional Republicans, who were derelict in upholding their obligations to Oversight and their Oath.
