  2. Toxic Trump was definitely grifting his supporters to enrich himself. To be fair, the percentage of donations the Traitor-'n-Thief received that was relegated to campaign finance can not be used for charity. However, the donation agreements were arranged by Toxic Trump to designate the majority of it was NOT for campaign finance, but to spent for his legal defense or however he saw fit. So, millions of that donated money he raised could have gone to Texas relief.
