  1. The State of Mississippi is our poorest state. It's per capita GDP is around 2.3 times bigger than Russia's. Texas has roughly 1/5 the total population of Russia yet has a GDP roughly 33% larger. Russia's not the bully in this situation. They aren't even worthy to lick the old USSR's taint clean.
