  2. This already exists man. The miami cubans are buying starlink internet from satellites elon musk made with his Tesla profits. Starlink is the solution and can easily hit this island with full speed 4G LTE speeds to the whole island, using only 4 figures worth of equipment. The equipment is already there in Cuba I bet, but there is laws preventing Elon's StarLink company from enabling the internet connection to the equipment dish from Starlink (its only 499 right now on their site) And 99 a month. It is faster than US cellphone speeds.

  3. Starlink. You can buy a boat and drive there, people do it every week in miami. Cubans have a strong passion in miami to help their family stuck on that island only 90 miles away. I am from Miami and lived with cubans before, believe me.. there is lots of real cubans who are real hard people in miami. Listen to Masvidal, listen to Pitbull (I dont like him but he has real talk recently on this subject on his social pages)

  4. Elon Musk has satellite internet and he can enable any cuban to buy a starlink Dish for 499 and send it to cuba for all to have internet for under 999 a month, easily. This is proven all over youtube, and the tech exists to send wifi using satellites and ubiquiti dishes to the islands. This exists, for a while now. I am a tech grad, pay attention to the starlink elon musk made to make this happen. He can easily do it, easily.
