  2. The EU will never agree to take back mainly unskilled migrants that arrive by dinghy then agree to some form of freedom of movement which means we can take skilled workers from the EU. The EU will never agree anything unless it benefits them. They won't want us sending 20,000+ unskilled illegals they don't want either.
