Brits were certainly built differently all those years ago. I was born in the 50s surrounded by people that had lived through the war, people that had fought during the war & many that had lost family & friends during the war. They would not have a lot of time for whiners & people that wanted to work from home most of the week or thousands off work because of " mental issues ". They were just happy & relieved they were all still alive.
