  1. Britain is still something like 80% white so obviously more white people will get jobs and appear on TV adverts. The best person should get the job whatever their background, colour or gender. Has Rod Liddle said last night on the Dan Wootton Show there is a tribunal mechanism if anyone is discriminated against that should be enough. Fine any company or organisation that is not following the laws on diversity, not sack people or not hire them because they are white. That will just split the country even more.
