Working in the care sector is specialised work ( I couldn't do it ) but most of them only get paid minimum wage. Thats why they often attract people that are not up to the job. Many just take the job as a last resort until something better comes along. Plus a lot of carers left care jobs when they were forced to get Covid jabs.
