2:24 As a Nigerian-immigrant currently working and schooling in North America, I have come to one conclusion: Social Justice, wokeness and progressivism can ONLY exist in a developed, liberal and first-world nation/region where there are very few existential threats and where the purposeless masses in urban areas have to create some form of ideology to fill the void in their lives. That is why it makes no sense and destroys that society. That is also why rural westerners, non-western countries and immigrants mostly tend to hate social justice and wokeness more than the native citizens.

Time for another black pill/white pill video from my favorite history vlogger😄 Plus, it's about the left and envy! A very good choice in topic, i dare say!

why not? Being intelligent doesn't just mean being book smart only. Lord knows if that were the case, the western academics wouldn't be supportive of socialism or communism.

Pal, you do know that Jeff's wealth is in stocks he owns, right? It's not in his actual paid salary/income. If he had to give up half of his "wealth" as you put it, that would be disastrous for Amazon employees and factories because it would signal his company was a bad investment. Also, much of the problems you pointed out seem more due to corporatism than capitalism. Why not spend more energy calling out the evils of the former? Are things like outsourcing, offshoring, hiring illegal immigrants, etc. not undercutting and harming the American workers more? At least under capitalism, they can go and work for a better employer or open their own business.

@peterpathos4313 And what of Pythagoras, Archimedes etc, who existed and pioneered maths and physics a millennia before the Arabs or even muslim arrived on the scene?

22:25 BASED! I would like to add that it was also weakened by us African immigrants who assimilate into North American society and thrive economically. We Nigerians are one of the highest income earners and that is down to hard work ethic and an abhorrence to social justice and victimhood culture.

@monsterhunter445 Okay, please list the problems you speak of. I am not even asking for research papers or articles. Just list them off the top of your head.

@bowdennthani732 Why would you assume I meant illegal immigrants by "they"? Also, how does "redistributing wealth" of Jeff Bezos improve the conditions of his workers, exactly?
1
@bowdennthani732 Oh sorry. You are right. I should have just stated my point about "they" and not assumed wrongly your own comment. Also, I do agree with your points on better working conditions for Amazon workers. That, however, really has nothing to do with wealth redistribution. It just improvement in working conditions and that is something we can all agree on. My main issue with the term wealth redistribution is that is, indeed, too vague and tends to be co-opted by crazy ideologues, especially on the left, who have shown time and time again that they do not give a damn about helping the working class but just want to further their own anti-capitalist agenda even though it would end up harming the working class way more. For example, AOC's actions in New York caused Amazon to withdraw from the state and drop a proposed processing center there that would have created thousands of jobs and generated millions in tax revenue.
