  1. The whole notion of emotional availability is ridiculous. Our emotions belong to “us”, and as men, it is vital that we control them, be they anger, lust, fear, anxiety, euphoria, etc. If we can not manage those, and countless others properly, our lives go off the track. We are able to be the rock that their emotional waves crash again. Men need to be available to their women’s emotions. They really can’t help us with ours. and that is Ok. We manage on our own.
